We want you to love Rodento. If you are not happy with your pouches for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order in full.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@getrodento.com with your order number (for example #1001) and a short note on what happened.
2. Our team replies within 24–48 hours on business days.
3. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Most banks show it within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
